Official procedure for licensed technical evaluation of the TECTRA™ system under patent protection and confidentiality
All requests for access to non-public technical documentation — including patent derivatives, geometric data, or performance analyses — require prior verification and will proceed under NDA and formal technical agreement.
Technical Evaluation Access fee: from €1,250
(credited against any subsequent licensing or collaboration agreement.)
Process Overview
1. Request
The applicant submits a request outlining technical interest or intended evaluation scope.
2. Qualification & NDA
TECTRA™ reviews the applicant’s profile and issues the applicable confidentiality agreement.
3. Evaluation Access & Fee
Upon approval, the applicant receives secure access instructions and completes the technical evaluation access fee.
4. Confidential Technical Session
A private, NDA-protected technical session conducted directly by the inventor.
Scheduling & logistics
TECTRA™ coordinates the date, format, and secure meeting location following confirmation.
This process determines technical applicability and whether a licensing pathway exists.
